Terms of Service & Engagement Agreement

1. Engagement Scope
By commissioning TechBurn for custom software development, hosting, or digital marketing services, you agree to the deliverables, milestone schedules, and payment schedules set forth in your official Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full payment for agreed milestones, full commercial ownership and source code rights for custom-engineered software and designs are transferred to the client. TechBurn retains the right to display non-confidential project screenshots and anonymized metrics in its portfolio.
3. Payment Terms & Government VAT
All invoices issued by TechBurn are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or US Dollars (USD). In accordance with Bangladesh tax legislation, digital advertising management and media buying are subject to the statutory 18.00% VAT rate.
4. Limitation of Liability
TechBurn shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party platform policy shifts (such as Meta or Google ad policy updates), national internet disruptions, or client-side administrative errors.
