TechBurn collects client information required to provide customized software development, cloud hosting, and digital marketing services. This includes contact details (name, email, phone number, company name), project requirements, and technical logs (IP address, browser user-agent) necessary for security monitoring.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Information collected through our consultation forms, live calculator, and career portal is used strictly for:

• Preparing accurate project architecture proposals and cost estimates.
• Sending critical transactional alerts (invoice notifications, domain renewal reminders, server maintenance).
• Fulfilling legal tax reporting requirements in accordance with Bangladesh National Board of Revenue (NBR) standards.

3. Data Security & Storage

All client database records are stored in encrypted, isolated MySQL 8.0 databases located behind Cloudflare Enterprise Web Application Firewalls (WAF). We utilize bcrypt salted blowfish hashing for credentials and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances. Data is only shared with authorized banking channels (e.g. NRBC Bank, bKash) solely to process client-authorized payments.
